We began to consider how we would get the product to the customer as we had decided to produce promotional notebooks which incorporate printed techniques targeted at graphic designers. I was not keen on the idea of simply creating a mail shot, as I considered it to be playing it safe and maybe a little boring. However, I soon realised that it would not be boring if we put time into it in order to craft a product of severe beauty and aesthetic quality. After all, it was said in our crit that our fellow graphic designers would be happy to receive a designer notebook on their table. So I set about getting some inspiration for how we could go about doing this...
...these coloured bubble wrapped packages are simple but create a sense of elegance about them; definitely a packaging device to consider for our mailshot.
